The pronoun "My" at the title doesn't mean that it belongs to me, but
the "My" refers inclusively to all of us, including me, the moderator.
This weblog will document all of our learning curve regardless if it's a
curvy or straight forward process. My role as a moderator is to
mediate our discussion in this weblog, and definitely, NOT as a
regulator to monitor what should and shouldn't be done here. Hopefully,
it'll be an exciting experience for all of us.
